The conference fee includes scientific programme, Welcome Party, Book of Programme and Abstracts, Conference Dinner and the cost of refreshments (coffee/tea breaks). For accompanying person the conference fee includes Welcome Party and the Conference Dinner. Conference Dinner is not included in Conference fee per 1 day, its payment should be arranged with Organizing commitee.

 

Meals include lunches and dinners from dinner on Sunday, October 7 to lunch on Friday, October 12. The meals will be served on the conference venue - Grandhotel Praha. The breakfast is included in the price of accomodation.

 

At the payment after July 31 the conference fee increases by 20 %.

 

In case of cancellation the conference fee will not be refunded.

 

Payments in cash on site are possible only in EURO after preliminary approval by Organizing committee.

 

* ISIC card (or other relevant document) will be checked at the Registration desk to prove the student status of the participants who choose the Student category.
